Kyle Swicegood

Kyle Swicegood is a native to Davie County. He graduated from Davie High School in 1985. He later graduated of Catawba College in Salisbury, NC with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in marketing. He graduated from the Lewis & Clarke School of Real Estate in 1991. In 2008, he graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering.

Kyle has continued to increase his knowledge in real estate through postgraduate studies through the Commercial Real Estate Institute located in Chicago, IL, receiving the designation Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in June of 2000. In October of 2005 he was awarded the ALC, Accredited Land Consultant designation in San Francisco, CA.

Kyle has served on various civic positions. More pointedly, he is past President of the Davie County Board of Realtors in 1995. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Mocksville, a member of the Winston Salem Regional Association of Realtors, the CCIM Institute, and the Realtor Land Institute. He also serves on the Salem Pregnancy Board of Directors.

Kyle is well-versed in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. He can create and analyze pro-formas for all types of income producing property.

When Kyle’s not working hard in the real estate business, you’ll find him with his most important asset… his family. They enjoy fly-fishing the streams of Western North Carolina, riding challenging rides on their road bikes or mountain bikes and enjoying Steamboat Colorado annually.
